history of ice cream

Before the advent of modern refrigeration systems, ice cream is luxurious and the food was served only on special occasions.
In the past, making ice cream is very troublesome. To make ice cream, ice obtained from a lake or pond that freezes in winter, then cut and stored in a haystack, a hole in the ground, or place where the ice is made of wood and given a straw. Ice is stored for later use during the summer.
As the summer. ice cream and then traditionally made by processing the dough in a large bowl that is placed in a tube stuffed with a mixture of ice that had been destroyed and salt, which makes frozen dough ice cream.
